Uscher’s journey commenced with a significant role at Georgetown, where he served as the director of operations, assistant recruiting coordinator, and video coordinator during the 2013 season. It was during this time that he earned his master’s degree in sports industry management.
His initiation into college athletics began as a marketing assistant at the University of South Carolina, his alma mater. Uscher’s responsibilities included executing marketing plans for various sports programs. Notably, he interned with the NFL’s Washington Commanders and Major League Soccer’s D.C. United during his collegiate days. Uscher holds a bachelor’s degree in sports and entertainment management, earned from the University of South Carolina in 2009.
