Kevin Nash’s Take on Recent WWE Raw Production Transformations

Kevin Nash, renowned WWE Hall of Famer, has shared his insights regarding the recent alterations in the production of WWE Raw following Kevin Dunn’s departure from the company late last year.

Observations on WWE Raw’s Production

Kevin Nash expressed his observations, stating, “They’ve innovated the setup with cameras, creating an experience akin to viewing a Martin Scorsese film with its multi-layered perspectives.” These changes have introduced various new camera angles, notably capturing wrestlers’ movements from the arena to backstage. Lee Fitting, transitioning from a background in college sports broadcasting, assumed the role of WWE Executive Producer, succeeding Kevin Dunn in August of the previous year.

Under the guidance of WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque, who assumed creative leadership from Vince McMahon amid McMahon’s dwindling involvement due to retirement following allegations of sex trafficking by former employee Janel Grant, the look and feel of WWE television have undergone significant transformations.

Positive Reception

Kevin Nash acknowledgment of these changes echoes sentiments shared by fellow Hall of Famer Bully Ray, who lauded the recent adjustments. Ray expressed satisfaction with the departure from the hyper-quick editing style synonymous with Dunn’s era, noting that the new approach allows for a more patient editing style, affording both the action and the audience more breathing space.
