Ricochet is not the sole WWE wrestler currently undergoing ‘concussion protocol.’

Earlier this week, during a 4-way match on Raw, WWE wrestler Ricochet faced a challenging situation that resulted in a flawed conclusion. Many speculated that Ricochet sustained a concussion during the match

On the most recent episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer clarified that Ricochet is presently in concussion protocol due to the injury. However, this doesn’t necessarily imply a confirmed diagnosis of a concussion:

“It’s concussion protocol. From what I know, it was not officially diagnosed as a concussion, and he’s okay, but… he doesn’t recall a significant portion of the match.”

Meltzer’s co-host Bryan Alvarez added that NXT’s Fallon Henley is also in concussion protocol following an injury in a match against Tiffany Stratton this week:

“Fallon Henley is also in concussion protocol. I’m almost certain it happened at the end of the match because Tiffany was going for the PME… she believed Fallon was in the correct position. However, as she executed the move, I think Fallon believed she was in the wrong position because you can see her shifting south a bit, and she moved in the wrong direction. Tiffany landed on her face during the move. You could immediately see when she hit that moonsault that Fallon’s head bounced off the mat… I’m almost certain that’s where it happened.”

As is customary with concussion protocol, there is no specified timeline for when either Ricochet or Henley will be given the clearance to return to the ring.
