After an impressive tenure as the head coach at Chippewa Valley since 2009, where he accrued a commendable record of 104-53 and clinched the 2018 Division 1 state championship, Merchant leaves behind a legacy of success. Following an assistant role with Birmingham Brother Rice, Merchant assumed the head coaching position at Chippewa Valley in 2009.
