He revealed that the decision caught him off guard as well. Despite the choice being beyond his control, Michaels expressed deep respect for Mitchell. He emphasized that, irrespective of her departure, she remains a valued member of the NXT family. Michaels assured that the door is always open for Mitchell to return to the fold.
