WWE Expands Talent Roster: Six Women Join Latest NIL Class
In a recent announcement, WWE has unveiled its fourth “Next in Line” (NIL) class, marking a significant addition to its talent pool. This class, featuring a total of 14 college athletes, comprises six talented women and eight men.

WWE’s “Next In Line”NIL Program Overview
Since its inception in December 2021, the “Next In Line” program has successfully recruited and developed a total of 60 college athletes. Notably, seven athletes from previous extends beyond the wrestling ring, encompassing 15 different sports and featuring athletes from 42 Power-Five conferences. To date, program members have amassed an impressive record, securing 18 NCAA Championships, 34 Conference Championships, and 55 All-American honors.
Comprehensive Athlete Support
All athletes enrolled in the “Next In Line” NIL program gain access to the state-of-the-art WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. This includes a range of resources spanning brand building, media training, live event promotion, creative writing, and community relations. The program serves as a holistic developmental platform, preparing athletes not just for the physical demands of the WWE but also for the multifaceted aspects of professional wrestling.
Upon completion of the NIL program, participants have the exclusive opportunity to be offered a WWE contract, transitioning from promising college athletes to potential future WWE Superstars.
Apart from their athletic prowess, the program’s athletes also bring significant social media influence to the WWE. With a combined following of more than 12 million on TikTok and nearly five million on Instagram, these athletes contribute to WWE’s robust presence in the digital landscape. WWE itself boasts one of the largest fanbases on TikTok, exceeding 25 million followers, and over 30 million followers on Instagram.
